Welcome to our enchanting Christmas buffet, a feast that extends from the end of November to mid-December. Every moment here is filled with all the delights of Christmas, crafted by our creative chefs who carefully prepare each dish from scratch. We invite you to a taste experience where traditional and new flavors come together, and where even those who prefer vegetarian options will find something to delight their taste buds.
Start the evening with a warming mulled wine mingle, let the scents of the Christmas buffet tempt you, and then conclude this festival of flavors with coffee and a lavish dessert table.

Our newly renovated Restaurant ONE on the first floor offers one of Gothenburg's most inviting atmospheres. A timeless elegance enhances the mood and camaraderie, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows providing an enchanting view of the river – a perfect place to enjoy a Christmas buffet.

OUR CHRISTMAS BUFFET
We have carefully selected dishes to suit all tastes, with a mix of old favorites and new flavors inspired from around the world. The evening begins with a mulled wine mingle and ends with coffee, with an impressive dessert table as the crowning glory.
Our Christmas buffets are served from Tuesday to Saturday between November 23 and December 21, 2023.

CHRISTMAS BUFFET IN CHAMBRE SÉPARÉE
For larger groups and businesses, we offer the opportunity to book a Christmas buffet in Gothenburg and enjoy it in Restaurant ONE. With space for up to 260 guests and modern technological standards, it becomes an exclusive experience. We can also transform the entire first floor into a private party venue for up to 400 people, with a private bar and the option for dancing if desired.
Note that Restaurant ONE is only leased out to large parties with a minimum of 100 guests. Prices are provided upon request.
CHRISTMAS-INSPIRED LUNCH
On the 12th floor, in View Skybar & Restaurant, with a fantastic view of the harbor inlet, we serve a 3-course Christmas-inspired lunch. Perfect as a break during a conference or as a pleasant conclusion before the Christmas break.
Lunch is served Monday to Friday between November 23 and December 21, 2023. Minimum booking is for 10 people at a price of 555 SEK per person.

Celebrating Christmas and enjoying a Christmas buffet is a tradition that dates back to ancient times, even as far back as the Viking Age. From the expression "dricka jul" to the Christian Christmas celebrations during the Middle Ages, it has evolved into today's varied and festive Christmas buffet traditions. From Christmas ham and calf brawn to prince sausage, gravlax, and various types of herring, the Christmas buffet reflects history and our gastronomic preferences.
