Conference Rooms at Hotel Riverton

Located in the heart of Gothenburg, Hotel Riverton offers a well-designed and flexible environment for conferences. We have 16 adaptable conference rooms, some of which feature retractable walls to accommodate your specific needs. Our largest venue can host up to 250 participants. We also offer tastefully decorated and modernly equipped breakout rooms.

Two of our conference rooms – The Boardroom and The Business Suite – are non-flexible spaces. The Boardroom is luxuriously furnished with comfortable chairs and a custom-designed table with a matte finish to minimize reflections during video conferences. This room is ideal for meetings of 2–10 participants. For video conferencing, we use HD video connected to a dedicated high-speed network for optimal performance.

We provide the latest technology, including ceiling-mounted projectors, PA systems, tailored lighting, hearing loops, and everything needed to set the right tone for any occasion.

Personalized service is our priority, and you will always have a dedicated contact person to support you from inquiry to execution and follow-up. On-site, our conference technicians will handle all technical preparations so that you can focus entirely on your agenda.

We know that the food we serve enhances the conference experience, which is why we provide a well-prepared and nutritious conference lunch using seasonal, high-quality ingredients. Whenever possible, we use local and organic produce, ensuring that our menu changes seasonally to offer the best flavors of the season. With the sea so close, our menu highlights selected ingredients from the West Coast, including fish served three days a week and seafood incorporated into various dishes.

Morning coffee break
Our morning coffee break includes chia pudding, mini muffins, health shots, and coffee/tea.

Lunch
We serve a plated, nutritious lunch prepared by our Head Chef Andreas Rolk, and his talented team at Restaurant ONE. Inspired by the Swedish West Coast, the menu features fish three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), along with fresh salads and homemade sourdough bread baked with organic flour.

Lunchtime is an excellent opportunity for participants to relax and connect informally, strengthening the overall purpose of the conference.

Afternoon coffee break
In the afternoon, our pastry chef ensures your energy levels stay high with homemade sweets, fruit salad, smoothies, and coffee/tea. The dessert buffet is also seasonally inspired, showcasing flavors and ingredients from each time of the year. The pastries are often themed to match special occasions whenever possible.
