We offer 16 flexible conference rooms, including four smaller meeting rooms and one impressive larger space that, along with our event restaurant, can accommodate up to 400 participants. Among these are two exceptional rooms with fixed configurations – The Boardroom and The Business Suite. The Boardroom is elegantly equipped with comfortable chairs and a specially designed table with a matte surface to minimize reflections during video conferences. This room, ideal for 2–10 participants, provides an exclusive boardroom feel.

Waterside Meeting Venue

Our largest room, Kongressen, offers the perfect environment for grand lectures, impressive exhibitions, and well-organized trade shows. Directly adjacent to the room is one of our restaurants, ideal for mingling, festive events, dinners, or as an exhibition space.

Kongressen is a flexible space that can be divided with a partition, creating separate areas for various purposes. Equipped with an impressive 22-square-meter stage, hearing loop, advanced sound and lighting systems, a ceiling-mounted projector, and a high-quality PA system, the room meets the highest technical standards. If needed, we can also provide additional technical equipment to tailor the space to your specific needs.

In addition to technical amenities, we offer customized packages to meet your specific requirements, whether you are planning an intimate dinner, a corporate event, a memorable birthday party, or a magical wedding ceremony. Our proximity to the sea is reflected in the menu, with a focus on fresh fish and seafood from the west coast. We serve fish for lunch three days a week and gladly incorporate seafood into our dishes to add an extra touch.

Restaurant ONE, available for exclusive use, offers one of Gothenburg’s most inviting atmospheres with timeless elegance that enhances both ambiance and community. With floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, the restaurant provides a stunning view of the river, making it an ideal place to enjoy dinner or a party.

The restaurant features a private bar, Dandy Bar, and the option to open the wall to Kongressen, allowing the entire first floor to be transformed into an exclusive event space for up to 400 people.

The culinary experience is central to all our events. Our skilled kitchen team meticulously creates seasonal menus for larger groups, with accompanying wine recommendations from our sommelier. Our talented bartenders at Dandy Bar ensure the party continues with exciting drinks, while a band or DJ performs on the 22-square-meter stage.

If you are looking for a more intimate space for a smaller event, corporate kickoff, or luxurious cocktail party, we invite you to our elegant ground-floor venue, accommodating up to 70 guests. With double doors leading to a private terrace, this space is perfect for your next spring or summer event.
