Enjoy a delicious 4-course matinee with your beloved ones to a glittering view of the harbor from the restaurant's panoramic windows followed by fireworks over the river at 17:00.

Whole roasted Swedish beef tenderloin – oxtail and foie gras croquette – Bordelaise sauce – potato cake – truffle

Baked Valrhona chocolate – cloudberries – Tahitian vanilla bavaroise

Price: 950:- per person, Swedish VAT included.

Please note that these are fixed menus and we reserve the right to minor changes in the menus. There is a children's menu and a vegetarian menu for those who prefer, but we will not offer a vegan menu on this date.
