On the 12th floor with floor-to-ceiling windows, you get a fantastic view of Gothenburg's harbor. Enjoy a delicious 4-course matinee with your loved ones to a glittering view of the harbor from the restaurant's panoramic windows followed by fireworks over the water at 17:00.

Whole roasted Swedish beef tenderloin – oxtail and foie gras croquette – smoked bone marrow – potato cake – truffle

Baked Valrhona chocolate – cloudberries – Tahitian vanilla bavaroise

Price. 1295 SEK per person, Swedish VAT included. 

There is a children's menu and a vegetarian menu for those who prefer, but we will not offer a vegan menu on this date.
